If you’re thinking about joining a home based MLM business opportunity, there are a couple of key trends that you might want to pay attention to. First of all, there are way more new companies that are coming into the multi level marketing industry every week. And because of this, there is a growing trend of people jumping more and more from one MLM business to newer MLM businesses in hopes of gaining a top spot with the new company. This action alone has caused many marketers’ organizations to crumble, killing whatever residual income that they have built up to that point.
Another growing trend now is that everyone and their mom has been in some sort of home based MLM business and most have failed. Probably around 97% actually. So it’s very rare to come across people who are unfamiliar with the business model. Everyone has written their list of friends and family so there really are very few people that are actually new to the industry.
What this means is that most of the people that have decided to join a home based MLM business opportunity in the past have failed, leaving a sour taste in their mouth and really giving you a tiny chance to convince them to join your opportunity. This makes things a little more difficult on you when it come to recruiting more people for your brand new home based MLM business opportunity.
My question for you is “If these trends are true then why are you only looking at the MLM industry when there are more home based business opportunities out there?” The advent of the Internet has changed the face of the home based business industry. So be sure to keep an open mind of what you can really get involved with from home.
Some other lucrative options are affiliate marketing, direct sales and Top Tier Programs. Affiliate marketers get to research and choose which products they want to be affiliated with and then they drive traffic via the Internet to the product or service. If a sale is made from that traffic, the marketer is compensated a percentage of the sale. Not bad.
Direct sales is a kind of like a higher form of affiliate marketing. You market your direct sales company and it’s products online or offline and you get paid a commission based on the sale. With direct sales, the middle man is cut out and you reap the benefits. Pretty cool.
And then there are Top Tier Programs, which are very cool opportunities that allow you to take advantage of network marketing, direct sales and high commissions generated from high ticket items being sold. This gives the marketer the biggest chance for large profits all while working from home. Any home based MLM business opportunity is really small potatoes compared to a Top Tier Program.
